Service Description
Wyoming Pest Control provides professional pest management and extermination services to residential and commercial customers throughout the state of Wyoming. Our services include, but are not limited to, inspection, identification, treatment, and monitoring of common pests such as rodents, insects, termites, spiders, ants, wasps, bed bugs, and wildlife. Treatment methods may involve chemical applications, baiting systems, trapping, exclusion techniques, and integrated pest management approaches depending on the specific pest issue and property conditions. Each service is customized based on the findings of our initial inspection and the unique characteristics of your property. Service frequency, scope, and methodology are determined at our sole professional discretion unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. We may recommend ongoing maintenance programs for certain pest pressures, though no customer is obligated to purchase recurring services. All treatments are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with Wyoming Department of Agriculture regulations and applicable federal pesticide laws.
No Guarantee or Warranty
Wyoming Pest Control does not guarantee complete elimination of pests or prevention of future infestations. Pest biology, environmental conditions, property accessibility, and customer cooperation all significantly impact treatment outcomes. Results may vary based on factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, neighboring property conditions, structural deficiencies, and introduction of new pest populations from external sources. Any warranty or guarantee must be expressly stated in a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. Verbal representations by technicians, customer service representatives, or sales personnel do not constitute warranties unless confirmed in writing by an authorized company officer. We reserve the right to discontinue service and refund prorated fees if conditions at the property make effective treatment impractical or unsafe.
User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about the property, pest history, and any known hazards prior to service. You must ensure safe access to all areas requiring treatment, including basements, crawl spaces, attics, and exterior perimeters. All pets must be secured and children kept away from treated areas for the minimum re-entry period specified by our technicians or product labels. You must follow all post-treatment instructions provided, including cleaning restrictions, ventilation requirements, and timeline expectations for re-inspection. Failure to prepare the property as instructed may result in additional charges or service rescheduling. Customers must promptly report any adverse reactions, pest activity continuing beyond reasonable timelines, or property damage concerns. You may not attempt to modify, supplement, or interfere with treatments applied by our technicians, as this may create safety hazards and void any limited warranties. Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice, with late payments subject to collection efforts and applicable fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, Wyoming Pest Control's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, property damage not directly caused by our negligence, personal injury except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or damages arising from your failure to follow instructions. We are not responsible for damage to furniture, flooring, landscaping, or personal property that must be moved or accessed during treatment, nor for staining or discoloration that may result from chemical applications on sensitive surfaces. Our liability for damage to real property is limited to the cost of repair or replacement. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
